A video recording of the abbreviated National Transit Institute (NTI) Assault Awareness and Prevention for Transit Operators course is now available. The course’s goal is to provide transit bus operators with prevention strategies necessary to reduce the likelihood of assault incidents. Prevention strategies focus on communication and response skills, the value of reporting incidents, and the importance of seeking assistance to reduce the risk of assault incidents.
NTI continues to open additional registration dates for virtual, interactive offerings of the course, based on demand.
