FINAL REMINDER: Register for the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law Changes to PTASP Requirements Webinar–03/01/22

As a reminder, FTA is hosting a webinar on the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law changes to Public Transportation Agency Safety Plan (PTASP) requirements on Tuesday, March 1, 2022, from 2:00 pm–3:00 pm CT. Register to participate in the webinar and review the FTA Dear Colleague Letter to learn about Bipartisan Infrastructure Law changes to PTASP requirements.

The new requirements apply to transit agencies that are required to have an Agency Safety Plan (ASP) in place under the PTASP regulation (49 CFR Part 673). FTA encourages transit agencies to review their ASP to determine if it meets these requirements.
