Early/Advance Property Acquisition and NEPA Webinar (Dec. 8)

On Thursday, December 8, from 1-2 p.m. CT, FTA will host a webinar about the application of early or advance property acquisition under the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA). During the webinar, staff from FTA’s Office of Planning and Environment and Office of Program Management will:

• Provide an overview of FTA policies on early or advance acquisition of real property for instances where federal funds will be, or are anticipated to be, used for the purchase or development of the subject property.
• Address compliance with the Uniform Relocation Assistance and Real Property Acquisition Policies Act of 1970.

Advance registration for the Zoom webinar is required.
