Description: As we get closer to a new calendar year, many festivities take place based on religious or traditional celebrations. If the intent is to build community and be inclusive, what are strategies and considerations to keep in mind? What are barriers? This workshop will highlight significant days celebrated by various ethnic communities in Minnesota as well discuss ways to recognize and honor what coworkers and the community might be experiencing during this time of year.
