FTA Seeks Public Comment on Proposed Updates to Award Management Requirements Guidance

FTA is seeking input on proposed updates to the Award Management Requirements circular, which consolidates FTA award management requirements in accordance with current statute, regulation and policy. Proposed updates also include consolidating information from other FTA guidance, including the:
- Consolidated Circular for Urbanized Area Grant Programs, which is being updated.
- Enhanced Mobility of Seniors and Individuals with Disabilities Circular and the Formula Grants for Rural Areas Circular, both of which are in the process of being updated.
FTA has published a notice summarizing the proposed circular updates in the Federal Register. The public comment period will close on April 15, 2024.
