New Updates to the FTA COVID-19 Resource Tool

As we continue to recover from the COVID-19 pandemic, the importance of transit agencies, employees and riders stepping up to get vaccinated and protected against COVID-19 is more critical than ever. More than 1,000 transit agencies across the country continue to work with public health agencies to support COVID-19 vaccination efforts in their communities. With help from American Rescue Plan Act grants, all federally supported agencies can cover expenses for COVID-19 vaccination access to help their workforces get vaccinated. 

The latest FTA COVID-19 Resource Tool, a weekly compilation of Federal COVID-19 guidance and recommendations, summarizes information about new U.S. Food and Drug Administration authorized booster doses, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) workplace vaccination program guidance, CDC booster data and more (see the Vaccine Planning and the COVID-19 Health and Safety Plan tabs). The current COVID-19 Resource Tool lists resources available as of October 22, 2021, and the tool now includes 350 resources.
