NOW AVAILABLE: New PTASP FAQs for Bipartisan Infrastructure Law Requirements

FTA published a second set of Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) about the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law changes to the Public Transportation Agency Safety Plan (PTASP) requirements to support transit agencies as they implement these new requirements.

The additional FAQs include the following topics: Agency Safety Plan (ASP) Review and Update; Safety Committees; and Safety Performance Targets.

The PTASP Technical Assistance Center (TAC) is available to support agencies implementing and updating their ASPs and newly applicable agencies developing ASPs.
