Presentation Slides and Recording Available: Bipartisan Infrastructure Law Changes to PTASP Requirements Webinar

On March 1, 2022, FTA hosted a webinar on the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law changes to Public Transportation Agency Safety Plan (PTASP) requirements. The new requirements apply to transit agencies that are required to have an Agency Safety Plan in place under the PTASP regulation (49 CFR Part 673).
