FTA is continuing its webinar series to provide technical assistance to transit agencies on the Public Transportation Agency Safety Plan (PTASP) regulation (49 CFR Part 673).

Register for the PTASP Webinar: Using ASP Reviews and Updates to Advance Your SMS on Wednesday, September 27, 2023 at 1 p.m. CT. This webinar will provide participants with ways their agency can use their Agency Safety Plan (ASP) reviews and updates to advance their Safety Management System (SMS). Transit leaders will share their agencies’ experiences and lessons learned. Audience members are invited to join the conversation by suggesting questions for the panel during webinar registration, and during the live Q&A portion of the webinar.

Note: This webinar will discuss current PTASP regulation requirements. It will not discuss the recent Notice of Proposed Rulemaking published in the Federal Register on April 26, 2023.
