Transportation Security Administration Seeks Input on Strengthening Cybersecurity for Passenger and Rail Transit
On November 30, 2022, the TSA released an Advance Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (ANPRM) on Enhancing Surface Cyber Risk Management in the Federal Register. TSA requests comments on approaches to strengthen cybersecurity and resiliency in the pipeline and rail (including freight, passenger, and transit rail) sectors by January 17, 2023.
